1-     The relationship between freelancers and buyers

The FIXXXO platform strives to achieve complete justice between service providers and customers, and does not allow any form of belittling one party or attempting to exhaust or exploit it under any claims, and believes that a sound relationship between the two parties must be based on mutual respect and appreciation.

2- Customer data
The privacy of customer data is a top priority on the FIXXXO platform. All data and information are tightly secured and subject to precise standards to ensure that they are not used except in what is consistent with the customer’s interest or continuous development through the declared policies of the platform, excluding the presence of judicial rulings obligating the disclosure of some of that data.

3- Legal responsibility
Registering on the platform and agreeing to the terms and conditions represents a firm confirmation that the customer bears all legal responsibilities in the event of his misuse of the site or exposure to any losses resulting from his inability to use the platform appropriately or sending personal or financial information to any party without consulting the site administration.

4- Exchange contact information
The customer loses all his rights if he exchanges data to communicate outside the platform, and the administration has the right to freeze the account for a limited or permanent period, in whole or in part, in that case without prior warning.

5- Freezing assets
In the event that the account is permanently frozen due to a serious violation, the FIXXXO platform has the right, when the account is blocked, to freeze the entire balance in the blocked user’s account, whether completely or temporarily, as this is due to the administration’s discretion and the extent of the damage caused by the user.


6- The necessity of filing a complaint when necessary
If the customer is exposed to any problems, the platform is not obligated to move unless a complaint is received from the customer, knowing that the FIXXXO platform is making every effort to give customers the best possible user experience and is accelerating in improving the service and developing the work environment permanently.

7- Protect login data
The login data for each customer is the personal responsibility of the account holder. If another person obtains that data by any means and uses it to access the platform and carry out any transactions, the responsibility for that falls on the account holder, and the platform does not bear the slightest responsibility for the transactions that took place.

8- Sustainability of members’ accounts
The platform gives users permanent accounts that cannot be deleted or the identity can be changed, in order to preserve the rights of service providers and customers.

9- Monitoring the data circulated through the platform
The platform administration has the right to review, follow up and view all data that is circulated through the platform, and always seeks to delete any content that violates local and international norms, morals, laws, charters and covenants, and this is done in a manner that is not binding on the platform.

10- General reasons for blocking accounts
The platform has the right to ban (completely or partially - temporarily or permanently) any member in the event that he commits legal or ethical violations, attacks or belittles another member, or publishes content that is inconsistent with the values ​​and customs of Arab society.
