1- Accuracy of information

2- The age of the user
The minimum registration age on the FIXXXO website is 18 years. Registration in the name of one of the parents is prohibited. If this is discovered, the account will be suspended immediately.
3- Multiple accounts

Each account represents only one user, and no more than one user has the right to deal with the account.
5- Delete accounts
Accounts in FIXXXO cannot be permanently deleted in any way due to the accounts being linked to financial transactions and payment gateways.
6- Identity documentation
The platform may obligatorily - and without giving reasons - require some customers to provide identity verification or provide proof of ownership of the withdrawal or deposit method or other data so that they can complete the transaction through the platform. 8- Platform commission
The platform does not charge any commissions from the buyer except for what may be automatically withdrawn as transfer commissions in the case of some payment gateways, while the platform receives a commission ranging from 10% to 20% from the service provider - so the higher the percentage of your sales, the lower the platform’s commission.
9- Balance suspension period
The balance suspension period on FIXXXO ranges from 7 to 10 days, depending on the seller’s rank.
10- Communication mechanism
Communication is limited only to the platform, and any communication outside the platform loses the user’s rights and may expose his account to a permanent ban.
11- Recover the charged balance
- The user has the right to request a return of the charged balance if he uses a shipping method that accepts this (such as: PayPal, Payeer, and Vodafone Cash), and he does not have the right to do so if he uses other shipping methods (such as credit cards). The following must also be taken into consideration:
- The amount will be refunded within 90 working days.
- It is not possible to cancel purchases that have been completed or have already been completed, even if they are with the consent of both parties.
- The user has no right to request a refund or refund if the period exceeds 90 days from the date of shipment.
- If there is a commission on the recovery process, it will be borne by the user in this case.
- The refund process takes place only on the account from which your FIXXXO account was charged, and it is not possible to refund it on another account.
- If part of the balance has been consumed, the balance cannot be restored or refunded in this case, even if the payment method supports it.
13- Review published content
The platform has the right to review and approve, reject or delete the provided services and other data before or after publishing it on the platform. The user is usually informed of the reason for the rejection or request for modification, but this is not obligatory on the platform.
When adding any content to the FIXXXO website - please adhere to the following standards so that it is not rejected or deleted permanently:
§ Not providing poor service. The offered service is required to provide a benefit of a single and clear value to the buyer, at a clear and specific price, and within a completely specific time.
§ Writing in good Arabic, and committing to using classical Arabic.
§ Use a clear and unambiguous title.
§ Use an image with good resolution and appropriate dimensions. The image does not contain any inappropriate content.
§ Develop an adequate description of the service that leaves no room for misunderstanding between the seller and the buyer.
§ All characteristics of the specified service must be identical to what is stated in the written description. For example, it is not permissible to set the price as $5 in the features and write that the price is $10 in the description for the same service.
§ Do not repeat the phrases used in describing the service just to reach the minimum number of characters in the description.
o Do not use or transfer the service or file of another service provider, and whoever does so will be blocked
o Services that cause damage to the FIXXXO website or its users directly or indirectly.
o Services that violate the laws and legislation of the countries in which they are provided.
o Services completely copied from other users.
14- Intellectual property rights
It is prohibited to profit in any way from any materials that contain intellectual property rights belonging to someone other than the service provider
15- Code of Honor
Users are committed to dealing with honesty, honesty and transparency and to avoid using any data or information that is inaccurate or contains any degree of deception or fraud. They are also committed not to follow any means that may cause direct or indirect harm to the platform or one of its members. They are also committed to using the platform for the purpose for which it is intended. Only according to the aforementioned controls, and in the event of violation of any of the aforementioned terms and obligations, the platform has the right to ban the user completely or partially without prior warning or giving reasons. H- Exchanging external contact data or requesting communication outside the platform
G - The user publishes works that are not his own or copied from the works of others
D - Attempting to exploit the service provider and requesting the implementation of what was not agreed upon without his approval and satisfaction
T- Trying to exploit the buyer and requesting any additional amounts outside the framework of the prior agreement
G- The user evades paying the rights of the platform or one of the users
S - Ethical transgression against any user or against the administration
U- Causing any harm to the platform or to recent users
R- Using the platform for a purpose for which it is not intended
Z- Agreement with a user to purchase the service for the purpose of evaluation exposes both accounts to permanent suspension, or until the user purchases for himself through another account.
